Delivery in Switzerland — time and cost
Up to 12 products: usually 3–5 weeks. More than 12 products: up to 8 weeks. For special colours the delivery time extends by up to 2 weeks. Transport by size of the element: CHF 450 up to 2800 mm wide, above that CHF 720; each further element of the same type 30 % of that, at most CHF 1'500 per order, free from CHF 5'000 of goods — to the kerb, one rate for all of Switzerland.
You receive what you configure
The drawing is the production specification: dimensions in millimetres, position and direction of the sliding sash, glass, colour. The indicative price includes 8.1 % VAT and all options; only transport is added. Warranty (terms clause 9): 5 years on profiles, insulating glass and window hardware, 2 years on door hardware and roller shutters.
Colours and decors
16 colour samples: white, decor foils such as Golden Oak, Nussbaum, Anthrazitgrau and Anthrazitgrau Glatt, RAL standard shades, special RAL colour on request; inside and outside chosen separately. The colour surcharge shows in the indicative price at once (NEO: lower market decor surcharge).
Limits with their source
The glass of a sliding sash may weigh at most 180 to 250 kg depending on the system, otherwise the size is not offered. Every limit shows its source.
Frequently asked questions
Sliding in one plane, PSK or lift-and-slide?
- The sliding door in one plane only slides — no tilting and no lifting. The PSK door also tilts for ventilation; the lift-and-slide door lifts the sash and carries elements up to 0 mm wide.
