Delivery

Up to 12 products: usually 3–5 weeks. More than 12 products: up to 8 weeks. For special colours the delivery time extends by up to 2 weeks.

We tell you the exact delivery date for your order within 2 working days of the payment confirmation.

Delivery is to the kerb or the nearest drivable access at the address you give in Switzerland. Carrying into the building, upstairs or onto the building site is not part of the delivery.

Where access is difficult (e.g. a sloping site), the goods are unloaded at the nearest safe spot.

We announce the delivery date. On delivery, you or an authorised person must be present and inspect the goods together with the driver. Visible defects and transport damage are noted on the delivery note (with photos where possible); both parties sign the handover record.

Parts that only become visible after unloading (e.g. the backs of stacked units) must be checked before installation; report defects within 5 working days of delivery, with photos (unit still in its protective film). If nobody is present at delivery, a second delivery and storage are at your expense.

Delivery costs depend on product type and quantity. The first item of a product type costs the full rate; each further item of the same type costs 30 % of it. Delivery costs per order are capped at CHF 1'500. From a goods value of CHF 5'000 — calculated without delivery costs — delivery is free.

Example: 3 windows cost CHF 210 + 2 × CHF 63 = CHF 336 delivery.
