Delivery time
Up to 12 products: usually 3–5 weeks. More than 12 products: up to 8 weeks. For special colours the delivery time extends by up to 2 weeks.
We tell you the exact delivery date for your order within 2 working days of the payment confirmation.
Delivery location
Delivery is to the kerb or the nearest drivable access at the address you give in Switzerland. Carrying into the building, upstairs or onto the building site is not part of the delivery.
Where access is difficult (e.g. a sloping site), the goods are unloaded at the nearest safe spot.
Delivery costs
Delivery costs depend on product type and quantity. The first item of a product type costs the full rate; each further item of the same type costs 30 % of it. Delivery costs per order are capped at CHF 1'500. From a goods value of CHF 12'000 — calculated without delivery costs — delivery is free.

Example: 3 windows cost CHF 350 + 2 × CHF 105 = CHF 560 delivery.
