Payment methods
You can choose between the following payment methods: Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, TWINT, PostFinance Pay, Invoice and Pay by Bank.
Payment runs through our Swiss payment provider Payrexx. After clicking “Buy now” you are taken straight to payment. You enter your card and account details only with the payment provider — we never see or store them.
Payment and production
Payment is made in full and in advance through one of the payment methods above. Partial payments are not possible.
As soon as the payment confirmation arrives, the individual production of your order starts immediately. From that moment a refund of the amount paid is no longer possible (see terms and conditions, section 6).
With instant payment methods (credit card, TWINT, Apple/Google/Samsung Pay, PostFinance Pay) the payment confirmation usually arrives immediately and production starts at once. With invoice or prepayment (bank transfer) production starts only once the full amount has arrived in our account, which can take a few days depending on the bank.
