Payment terms

You can choose between the following payment methods: Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, TWINT and Bank transfer with QR invoice.

Online payment (card, TWINT) runs through our Swiss payment provider Payrexx. After clicking “Buy now” you are taken straight to payment. You enter your card and account details only with the payment provider — we never see or store them. With bank transfer you receive the QR invoice with the order confirmation by e-mail.

Payment is made in full and in advance through one of the payment methods above. Partial payments are not possible.

As soon as the payment confirmation arrives, the individual production of your order starts immediately. Once the order has been handed over to production (usually within 2 working days of receipt of payment), it can no longer be changed; withdrawal is then only possible against full compensation, which for made-to-measure products usually means the full price less any costs saved (section 8.3 of the terms and conditions). Before that, cancellation is possible under section 8 of the terms and conditions (processing fee of CHF 150.00 plus any transaction fees).

With online payment (card, TWINT, Apple/Google/Samsung Pay) the payment confirmation is usually immediate. With bank transfer and QR invoice, production only starts once payment has reached our account; the invoice is payable within 10 days, otherwise the order lapses.
